Requires mandatory destruction of firearms used in criminal offenses upon conviction, with the firearm forfeited to the city, town, or county where the offense occurred

Creates an exception allowing the victim (or victim's family if deceased) to choose to have the firearm sold instead of destroyed

Amends existing Arizona law (Section 13-3105) that previously allowed all forfeited weapons to be sold to authorized dealers within one year

Applies specifically to firearms while maintaining existing sale-or-destruction rules for other deadly weapons, dangerous instruments, and explosives
