Authorizes outdoor advertising signs, displays, and devices on properties within military airport and ancillary military facility overlay zoning districts that have been issued military compatibility permits allowing commercial or industrial uses.

Signs must be placed at least 1,000 feet from any residence to qualify under this new provision.

Properties must be located in high noise or accident potential zones as defined in Arizona statutes and the military compatibility permit cannot have been issued primarily to allow outdoor advertising structures.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-7902, adding paragraph 10 to the list of authorized outdoor advertising along interstate, secondary, or primary highway systems within 660 feet of the right-of-way edge.
