Allows individuals whose residential addresses are protected from public disclosure under section 16-153 to provide an alternate mailing address on campaign committee statements of organization instead of their actual home address.

Permits public officers with protected residential addresses to use an alternate mailing address on financial disclosure statements filed with the Secretary of State.

Requires individuals using the alternate address option to attest that their residence is located within the relevant electoral district.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 16-906 (committee statement of organization) and 18-444 (financial disclosure statements) to add these alternate address provisions.

Makes technical changes throughout section 18-444, including updating "e-mail" to "email" and modernizing gendered language to gender-neutral terms.
