Requires supplemental contributions to be made equally to all eligible correctional officer participants who meet the service requirement, with no additional monetary contribution required from participants

Clarifies that supplemental contributions by one employer do not affect other employers or non-eligible participants, and employers may discontinue these payments at any time

Amends Section 38-867 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Public Safety Personnel Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
