Requires well drilling applications in Arizona to include global positioning system (GPS) coordinates for the well location, in addition to the existing legal description requirement.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 45-596 regarding notice of intention to drill wells.

Applies to all wells requiring a notice of intention to drill, including exempt wells, replacement wells, and wells in both active management areas and non-active management areas.

Maintains existing filing fees of $150 for most wells and $100 for domestic wells outside active management areas with pumps of 35 gallons per minute or less.
