Establishes the Children of Incarcerated Parents Task Force with 23 members including governor appointees, state agency directors, legislators, and representatives from advocacy organizations, formerly incarcerated parents, and adult children of incarcerated parents

Task force must focus on ensuring children's rights including being kept safe and informed during parental arrest, being heard in decisions affecting them, maintaining contact with incarcerated parents, and not being judged or labeled due to parental incarceration

Requires identification of behavioral health service gaps and coordination with faith-based, educational, and community organizations to provide trauma-informed interventions for affected children

Mandates tracking of key indicators including number of children reached, faith-based partnerships established, and reports on parental contact and reintegration support

Task force must meet quarterly, submit findings and recommendations by June 30, 2028, and the provision automatically repeals after that date
