Requires the Arizona Department of Economic Security to mandate employment and training program participation for able-bodied adults under 60 years of age receiving SNAP (food stamps) benefits

Exempts individuals already complying with work registration requirements under Title IV of the Social Security Act or the federal-state unemployment compensation system

Exempts parents or household members responsible for caring for an incapacitated person or a dependent child under 6 years old

Exempts students enrolled at least half-time in school or training programs, and participants in drug addiction or alcoholic treatment and rehabilitation programs

Exempts individuals already employed at least 30 hours per week or earning equivalent weekly wages, as well as minors aged 16-18 who are not household heads and are attending school or training programs
