Prohibits the Arizona Department of Economic Security from seeking, applying for, accepting, or renewing federal waivers of SNAP work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents unless required by federal law or authorized by state law

Blocks the department from exercising Arizona's option to provide discretionary exemptions from SNAP work requirements unless specifically authorized by state law

References federal law (7 United States Code section 2015(o)(4) and (o)(6)(f)) governing work requirement waivers and exemptions for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

Adds a new section 46-232 to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 46, chapter 2, article 2, which governs public assistance programs
