AZ SB1350

Establishes the Outdoor Rx Program within the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide grants for outdoor environmental, ecological, agricultural, and nature-based therapy programs serving Arizona residents.

Creates an advisory committee of at least seven members appointed by the Arizona State Parks Board, Department of Health Services, Department of Veterans' Services, and Department of Environmental Quality, along with business and outdoor organization representatives.

Prioritizes grant funding for programs that use veterans for at least 50% of implementation or administration and that serve participants recovering from substance abuse or physical or mental trauma.

Requires eligible programs to use research-based outdoor therapy methods, utilize state parks or natural venues, commit matching resources, and include ongoing evaluation and reporting of program effectiveness.

Establishes the Outdoor Rx Program Fund funded by legislative appropriations, gifts, grants, and donations, with an annual report due by February 1 detailing grant recipients, amounts awarded, and fund financial plans.
