Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-2402 regarding Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA) to eliminate provisions that previously allowed students to use ESA funds for postsecondary education after high school graduation.

Removes language that permitted account holders to continue using ESA monies for up to four consecutive years after high school graduation while enrolled in an eligible postsecondary institution.

Requires ESA accounts to be closed upon the qualified student's high school graduation, with any remaining monies returned to the state.

Makes technical corrections throughout the statute, including changing "through" to "by" for certified mail notifications and "in" to "within" for response timeframes.
