Expands the types of county medical examiner materials protected from public disclosure to explicitly include toxicology, anthropology, neuropathology, and odontology reports, in addition to photographs, digital images, x-rays, and video recordings.

Requires the medical examiner's office to prioritize requests for autopsy materials from immediate family members (surviving spouse, child, parent, legal guardian, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling) or their legal representatives.

Subjects family member requests for medical examiner materials to the existing public records timeline requirements under Arizona law (section 39-121.01, subsection E).

Extends legal immunity protections to the medical examiner for lawful disclosure of the newly specified report types (toxicology, anthropology, neuropathology, and odontology reports).
