Expands Arizona's definition of "prohibited possessor" to include persons convicted of specified domestic violence offenses or any offense involving physical force or threatened use of a deadly weapon against family/household members, as well as persons subject to an order of protection.

Requires courts at sentencing to inform domestic violence offenders they are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms and to order transfer of all firearms to law enforcement or a federally licensed firearms dealer within 24 hours.

Mandates that within 48 hours of receiving a transfer order, the prohibited person must either attest they own no firearms or file proof of transfer with the court confirming all firearms were surrendered.

Authorizes courts to issue search warrants if there is probable cause to believe a person failed to transfer a firearm as ordered, allowing seizure of any firearms found.

Provides immunity from prosecution for transporting firearms to comply with a transfer order if the person has the written order, the firearm is unloaded, and they are traveling directly to law enforcement or a licensed dealer.
