Establishes the "Arizona Right to Contraception Act" by adding Chapter 43 to Title 36 of Arizona Revised Statutes

Grants individuals the right to obtain contraceptives and engage in contraception, while giving health professionals the corresponding right to provide contraceptives and related information

Defines "contraceptives" broadly to include oral contraceptives, long-acting reversible contraceptives, emergency contraceptives, condoms, injectables, vaginal barrier methods, patches, and rings legally marketed under federal law

Prohibits the state or political subdivisions from enacting limits that single out contraception providers or facilities, or that impede access to contraceptives or contraception-related information

Requires voluntary and informed patient consent for any sterilization procedures and clarifies the act does not authorize government interference with contraception access
