Requires AHCCCS to verify eligibility for adults aged 21 and older at least every six months, beginning January 1, 2027, using available data sources.

Mandates an annual report to the legislature, governor, and relevant committees by December 1 of each year detailing eligibility activities.

The report must include the number of new eligibility applications received and the number of eligibility verifications completed in the previous contract year.

The report must also include the number of applications requiring asset verification and the number of asset verifications actually completed.
