Requires mandatory GPS or electronic monitoring for individuals convicted of dangerous crimes against children who are classified as level three sex offenders, for the entire duration of their probation term

Changes the monitoring fee from discretionary ("may") to mandatory ("shall"), requiring courts to impose a fee on probationers to offset the cost of monitoring devices

Fees collected from the monitoring requirement are deposited into the adult probation services fund

Applies to persons convicted on or after November 1, 2006 who are required to register as sex offenders under Arizona law
