Expands the Arizona Auditor General's authority to conduct performance audits of charter schools in addition to school districts, requiring charter schools to comply with the same reporting, follow-up, and hearing participation requirements.

Requires both school districts and charter schools to prominently post on their website home pages the percentage of every dollar spent in the classroom from the most recent Auditor General status report.

Grants the Auditor General and authorized representatives access to attend executive sessions of charter school governing bodies when conducting audits.

Classifies costs incurred by charter schools for implementing suicide prevention training as classroom spending for purposes of the Auditor General's reports.

Removes outdated date references (such as "Beginning in the 2020-2021 school year" and "On or before July 1, 2020") from existing statute language.
