Mandates law enforcement to provide missing child information to media outlets and post on official social media platforms within 24 hours, including physical description, last known location, clothing description, and photographs.

Requires entry of all available information into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System within 30 days, including photographs taken within the previous 180 days and medical/dental records.

Prohibits characterizing a child as a "runaway" in public communications unless necessary to protect the child's safety or further an investigation, and requires documentation of all decisions regarding public information releases.

Mandates comprehensive training on missing children reporting requirements for all law enforcement employees with direct involvement in missing children cases, at time of hire and every two years thereafter.
