Requires all Arizona public schools and charter schools to provide annual, age-appropriate firearm safety awareness instruction to students in kindergarten through grade 12 beginning in the 2027-2028 school year

Instruction must cover safe firearm storage in homes and vehicles, what to do if a student encounters a firearm (don't touch, leave the area, tell an adult), and risks of unsafe handling

Prohibits the use of live firearms, ammunition, or any demonstrations involving handling or firing weapons during instruction; also prohibits training students in firearm use

Forbids schools from making moral judgments about lawful firearm ownership, advocating political positions, or inquiring about whether students or their families own firearms or how they store them

Requires the Department of Education to coordinate with the Department of Public Safety and Arizona Game and Fish Department to develop instructional materials, which must be made available for parental review
