Requires school mapping software to be compatible with public safety agency platforms at no additional cost to those agencies, include printable formats, and synchronize updates across all emergency services platforms

Mandates that school maps be oriented true north with gridded coordinates and include floor plans, room labels, door numbers, utility locations, AED and trauma kit locations, and known hazards

Creates the school mapping data program fund to provide grants to eligible K-12 public schools on a first-come, first-served basis for developing compliant mapping data

Exempts school mapping data from public records disclosure requirements and requires schools receiving grants to annually certify accuracy and share updated maps with all relevant public safety agencies
