Requires all Arizona county sheriff's offices to enter into memorandums of agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the 287(g) program by January 1, 2027

Mandates that at least 10% of law enforcement officers in each county sheriff's office receive federal immigration enforcement training under these agreements

Prohibits state and local government officials from establishing policies that restrict cooperation with federal immigration authorities

Authorizes the attorney general to investigate any city, town, or county policy alleged to violate cooperation requirements, with investigations initiated at the written request of a state legislator

Requires all law enforcement agencies and government entities to provide immigration enforcement training to officers and employees to ensure consistency with federal law
