Upgrades unlawful flight from a pursuing law enforcement vehicle from a class 5 felony to a class 4 felony when the driver operates recklessly in a manner that endangers the life of another person during the pursuit

Establishes a class 2 felony for unlawful flight when the driver causes serious physical injury to another person

Creates a class 2 felony enhancement when the fleeing vehicle is transporting a minor under 15 years of age

Adds a class 2 felony enhancement when the fleeing driver is also convicted of DUI under section 28-1381 or 28-1382

Maintains the existing class 5 felony classification for basic unlawful flight from marked law enforcement vehicles or unmarked vehicles when the driver knew it was law enforcement
