Creates a new reporting category for candidate committees requiring contributions from registered lobbyists (authorized lobbyists, designated lobbyists, authorized public lobbyists, and designated public lobbyists) to be separately itemized and identified.

Requires campaign finance reports to include the term "lobbyist" alongside the contributor's occupation and employer when the contribution comes from a registered lobbyist.

Applies to lobbyists required to register under Arizona's lobbying registration requirements (Title 41, Chapter 7, Article 8.1).

Renumbers existing reporting subcategories to accommodate the new lobbyist contribution disclosure requirement within the itemized receipts section.
