Allows political subdivisions with multiple municipal street lighting improvement districts to consolidate them into a single district by resolution between January 1, 2027 and January 1, 2030

Requires at least 60 days' notice to all real property owners in affected districts before adopting a consolidation resolution, including opportunity for public comment

Notice must include geographic areas proposed for consolidation, effective date, warning that tax rates may increase or decrease, estimated new tax rate, and public comment details

Approved consolidation resolutions must be submitted to the county recorder for recording

Any street lighting district established between January 1, 2027 and January 1, 2030 is also eligible for consolidation under this provision
