Allows Arizona courts to reclassify a class 4, 5, or 6 felony conviction as a class 1 misdemeanor for eligible individuals who have completed all sentence requirements.

Eligibility requires the offense be non-dangerous, involve no victim, and the person must have no prior felony convictions.

Requires at least five years to pass since conviction with no subsequent felony or victim-related misdemeanor convictions during that period.

Full payment of all monetary obligations imposed by the court must be completed before reclassification.

The court must determine that entering the misdemeanor judgment is in the interest of justice before granting the designation change.
