Requires facilities to notify the department of any changes to their electronic monitoring policies or practices

Directs the department to publish all facility electronic monitoring information on its public website

Defines electronic monitoring devices as any placed, fixed, or installed technology that captures, records, or broadcasts audio or video for residents or their authorized representatives
