Appropriates $2,545,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Administration for distribution to 10 Arizona fire departments and districts for fire incident management systems

Largest allocations go to Scottsdale Fire Department ($1,044,000), Chandler Fire Department ($552,400), and Superstition Fire Department ($261,000)

Smaller allocations include Gilbert Fire and Rescue ($160,900), Vernon Fire District ($145,700), Goodyear Fire Department ($132,500), Surprise Fire-Medical Department ($99,400), and Pinetop, Buckeye, and Daisy Mountain districts ($49,700 each)

Funds must be used for hardware and software enabling a secure, statewide incident management platform that follows FEMA/National Incident Management System standards, including resource tracking, secure messaging, collaborative mapping, firefighter safety monitoring, and offline functionality

Appropriation is exempt from standard lapsing provisions, allowing funds to remain available beyond the typical fiscal year deadline
