Requires all Arizona public schools to provide full-time certificated teachers with a daily lunch break of at least 30 consecutive minutes

Lunch breaks must be scheduled during the regular workday and cannot be combined with planning periods or other noninstructional time

Prohibits schools from extending a teacher's regular workday hours to accommodate the lunch break requirement

Teachers cannot be assigned supervisory, instructional, or other official duties during their lunch break

Schools facing emergency personnel shortages may temporarily assign duties during a teacher's lunch break, limited to no more than one day per week
