Prohibits school governing boards from approving textbooks or instructional materials that contain content reflecting adversely on persons based on race, ethnicity, sex, religion, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity

Applies to both common schools (elementary/middle) and high schools in Arizona, amending sections 15-721 and 15-722 of the Arizona Revised Statutes

Adds a new subsection H to both relevant statutes establishing the adverse representation prohibition as a mandatory criterion in textbook selection
