Prohibits new political party names from containing words like "unaffiliated," "party not designated," "no party," "no preference," "independent," or "decline to state," or any variations of these phrases.

Requires petitions for new political party recognition to include a proposed party name that is distinguishable from all existing recognized political parties in Arizona.

Mandates that the Secretary of State and all election officials recognize political parties only by the name listed on their petition for party recognition.

Applies retroactively to after December 31, 2024, with existing non-compliant political parties required to come into compliance within ten days of the act's effective date.

Declared an emergency measure, making it operative immediately upon passage to "preserve the public peace, health or safety" and support orderly election administration.
