Makes a technical correction changing "per cent" to "percent" in two places within Arizona Revised Statutes section 45-557 regarding groundwater transportation requirements.

Applies to requirements for cities, towns, and private water companies that transport groundwater from outside basins to initial active management areas in Arizona.

Maintains existing requirements that water companies with Central Arizona Project subcontracts must demonstrate capacity to accept 95 percent of their water entitlement before using transported groundwater.

Preserves the requirement that such entities must have accepted delivery of or exchanged 80 percent or more of their Central Arizona Project water allocation in at least one of the three preceding years.
