Authorizes the Joint Legislative Audit Committee to request performance audits of any state agency or political subdivision receiving taxpayer monies to verify compliance with funding terms and conditions

Expands the Auditor General's oversight authority beyond state agencies to include political subdivisions such as counties, cities, and towns

Adds a new paragraph (11) to the Auditor General's powers and duties under Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1279.03

Maintains existing audit requirements including school district performance audits, transportation excise tax reviews, and federal single audit compliance
