Requires attorney fee awards in domestic relations proceedings to be paid from the community assets of the parties when such assets exist

Caps attorney fees that can be assessed against a party at 15% of their disposable income or $8,000, whichever is greater, when no community assets are available

Applies to all proceedings under Title 25, which covers domestic relations matters including divorce, legal separation, child custody, and support

Adds new section 25-1502 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing attorney fee awards in family court cases
