Replaces the term "trauma" with "physical injury" in Arizona's rape shield law (Section 13-1421) regarding admissible evidence of a victim's prior sexual conduct

Maintains existing protections that prohibit evidence of a victim's reputation for chastity or opinion evidence about chastity in prosecutions for sexual offenses

Preserves the five narrow exceptions allowing specific evidence of prior sexual conduct, including past conduct with the defendant, evidence showing source of semen/pregnancy/disease/injury, evidence of motive, impeachment evidence, and evidence of false allegations

Requires clear and convincing evidence standard for admissibility and mandates pretrial hearings before such evidence can be introduced to a jury
