Extends the termination date for the Arizona Department of Gaming, Arizona Racing Commission, and Arizona State Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts Commission to July 1, 2032, with full repeal of governing statutes on January 1, 2033

Requires the director, commissioners, and all employees of these agencies to complete conflict-of-interest disclosure forms upon hiring and submit annual updates if any information changes

Mandates the Department of Gaming to create a complaint submission process and tracking system on its website and submit annual reports to legislative leadership on complaints received, dismissed, and resolved

Requires the Department of Gaming to submit all third-party audits to the governor and legislative leadership by December 17 of each year

Directs the Department of Gaming to review all independent audits conducted since 2021 to verify event wagering operators paid correct privilege fee amounts and correct any overpayments or underpayments
