Requires the Arizona Department of Education to post on its website and include in each Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) application packet a notice outlining every legal right that students and parents waive by enrolling in the ESA program.

Applies to Arizona's school voucher program, which allows families to use public funds for private school tuition and other approved educational expenses.

Introduced by Senator Diaz and eight co-sponsors during the 57th Legislature's Second Regular Session (2026).

Amends section 15-2403 of Arizona Revised Statutes governing ESA administration, appeals, and application procedures.
