Appropriates $2,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona Department of Education for the Office of Indian Education established under section 15-244 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Funds must be used specifically for personnel and operations of the Office of Indian Education.

The appropriation is exempt from standard lapsing provisions under section 35-190, meaning unspent funds will not automatically return to the general fund at fiscal year end.
