Appropriates $20,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the attorney general for distribution to Coconino County.

Funds designated for constructing a new juvenile court services facility and purchasing equipment for the facility.

Funds also designated for converting the existing juvenile detention center into a detox, sobriety, and crisis recovery center.

The appropriation is exempt from standard lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing the funds to remain available beyond the typical expiration period.
