Appropriates $15,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Economic Security for domestic violence shelter grants to Arizona tribal nations

Allocates 25% ($3,750,000) to the Navajo Nation for surveying, designing, planning, constructing, and operating domestic violence shelters and shelter beds

Allocates 25% ($3,750,000) to the Hopi Tribe for the same domestic violence shelter purposes

Allocates 50% ($7,500,000) to be distributed among the remaining twenty federally recognized tribal nations in Arizona

Exempts the appropriation from standard lapsing requirements, allowing funds to remain available beyond the typical appropriation period
