Requires filing officers to redact individual contributors' street numbers and street names (or precise residence locations) from campaign finance reports before making them publicly available, effective for filing periods beginning April 1, 2027

Designates redacted contributor address information as confidential and not a public record, prohibiting disclosure in any manner

Creates a class 1 misdemeanor penalty for filing officers who fail to remove improperly disclosed contributor address information within 10 business days after receiving written notice by certified mail

Applies to campaign finance reports filed with the Secretary of State, county election officers, and city/town clerks across all election types including statewide, legislative, county, school district, and municipal elections
