Updates Arizona's coordinate system statutes to align with the National Geodetic Survey's modernized National Spatial Reference System (NSRS), renaming the "Arizona Coordinate System, 1983" to the "Arizona Plane Coordinate System"

Requires maps, survey reports, and geospatial documents using the Arizona plane coordinate system to include metadata specifying the NSRS reference frame, epoch date, and appropriate zone name

Establishes that geodetic control stations must conform to National Geodetic Survey standards and be located at publicly accessible locations when practicable, with survey results recorded in county recorder offices or the NGS public database

Prohibits modifications such as scaling, rotating, or translating data labeled as Arizona Plane Coordinate System (AZPCS) coordinates

Conditions the act's effectiveness on the National Geodetic Survey publishing a Federal Register notice approving the modernized National Spatial Reference System, with the State Board of Technical Registration required to notify the Arizona Legislative Council by August 1, 2029
