Employers obtaining "zero estimated exposure" policies must sign a statement attesting they have no employees and must notify their insurer in writing within 60 days if they hire anyone during the policy period

Construction employers with zero estimated exposure policies must provide a copy of the policy and written notification to each entity they directly contract with, and those entities must retain the documentation for at least three years
