Removes the definition of "official league data" from Arizona's event wagering statutes, which previously required data to be obtained through agreements with sports governing bodies or their authorized entities.

Allows event wagering operators to use official league data, nonofficial league data, or alternative league data for tier two sports wagers (wagers not determined solely by final score placed before an event begins).

Prohibits bundling of official league data, requiring authorized entities or providers to list, price, offer, lease, and sell data separately by individual league or sport.

Permits event wagering operators to purchase official league data for a single league or sport rather than being required to buy fixed-price, multi-league data packages.

Replaces the phrase "the effective date of this section" with "April 15, 2021" for calculating deduction limits on free bets and promotional credits from adjusted gross event wagering receipts.
