Requires annual reports to the Governor, legislature, and Secretary of State beginning December 31, 2027, detailing office activities and recommendations

Appropriates $500,000 from the Advanced Air Mobility Fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 for grants to entities advancing advanced air mobility in Arizona, with the appropriation exempt from standard lapsing provisions
