AZ SCR1001

Proposes a constitutional amendment requiring only U.S. citizens to register and vote in Arizona primary, general, or municipal elections, limited to one vote per available office or ballot measure

Prohibits foreign nationals from making contributions or expenditures to influence Arizona elections and bars individuals from knowingly accepting such contributions

Requires all voters to provide proof of identity as prescribed by law when voting in person or by any other means

Ends early voting at 7:00 PM on the Friday before Tuesday elections, with exceptions for mail ballots delivered via USPS (accepted until polls close on election day)

Restricts mail-in ballot eligibility to voters who affirmatively request a ballot with a specific mail address before each biennial general election and who provided documented proof of citizenship when registering to vote
