AZ SCR1005

Prohibits foreign nationals from contributing money or in-kind goods/services to influence Arizona ballot measure elections, including initiatives and referendums

Requires persons, entities, or committees filing campaign finance reports to certify under penalty of perjury that they have not accepted or used foreign contributions

Defines "foreign national" as non-citizens/non-permanent residents, foreign governments, foreign political parties, and entities organized under foreign laws or with principal place of business outside the United States

Exempts federally recognized sovereign tribal nations from the prohibition

Submits this measure to Arizona voters as a ballot proposition at the next general election for approval
