Requires public schools to designate restrooms, changing facilities, and sleeping quarters based on biological sex (defined as sex determined by anatomy, physiology, genetics, and hormones at birth)

Mandates schools provide reasonable accommodations such as single-occupancy restrooms or employee facilities for students unwilling to use facilities designated for their biological sex

Creates private cause of action allowing students to sue schools if they encounter someone of the opposite biological sex in designated facilities or are required to share sleeping quarters with them

Prohibits school employees from using pronouns or names differing from a student's biological sex and official records without written parental permission for students under 18

Submits these provisions to Arizona voters as a ballot measure for approval at the next general election
