Proposes amending the Arizona Constitution to require only U.S. citizens to register and vote, limited to one vote per available office or ballot measure in any public election.

Prohibits contributions from any foreign person or foreign corporation to Arizona candidate or ballot measure campaigns.

Requires all voters to present government-issued identification when casting a ballot, with acceptable ID to be made available free of charge.

Ends early voting no later than 7:00 P.M. on the Friday before Tuesday general elections and prohibits votes from being cast or accepted after poll closing times on election day.

Requires mail-in ballots to be provided only upon affirmative request by voters who have provided documented proof of citizenship, with requests required prior to each biennial general election.
