Proposes amending the Arizona Constitution to raise the mandatory retirement age for justices and judges of courts of record from 70 to 75 years old

Amends Article VI, Section 20 to require judicial retirement at age 75 instead of 70, while maintaining provisions for retired judges to continue serving temporarily and receive compensation

Amends Article VI, Section 39 to declare judicial offices vacant when justices or judges reach 75 years of age rather than the current 70

Requires the proposition to be submitted to Arizona voters at the next general election for approval before taking effect
