Proposes a constitutional amendment requiring legislative candidates beginning in 2030 to have their current employment (3 words max), education level, military service status, and voting history in the last three general elections printed on election ballots.

Requires legislators to maintain their primary residence within their district boundaries, with signed notarized affidavits certifying residency, and failure to maintain district residency constitutes forfeiture of office.

Extends State Senate terms from two years to four years beginning January 1, 2031, while maintaining two-year terms for House members, and replaces the current consecutive term limit with a lifetime cap of 20 years of total legislative service.

Establishes legislative salaries at 30% of U.S. Congressional salary for State Senators and 15% for House members beginning January 1, 2031, with additional pay for leadership positions (5% for presiding officers, 2.5% for majority/minority leaders and whips).

Allows expulsion of legislators by simple majority vote if members are found to be intentionally absent to prevent a quorum or avoid voting, and requires annual reports on member voting participation rates within 45 days of adjournment.
