Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article XIV of the Arizona Constitution establishing that corporations and artificial entities possess only powers and privileges specifically granted by the state.

Prohibits corporations and artificial entities from making political contributions, expenditures, or providing anything of value to influence elections in Arizona.

Mandates automatic loss of corporate powers and privileges by operation of law for any corporation or artificial entity that engages in prohibited political spending, with reinstatement only through statutory procedures.

Defines "artificial entity" broadly to include entities organized under Arizona law or other jurisdictions that transact business or hold property in Arizona.

Exempts bona fide news, commentary, and editorial content from the political spending prohibition, unless the publishing entity is owned or controlled by a political party, political committee, or candidate.
